Terms and Conditions – ZS888 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZS888 ("ZS888", "we", "our", "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of the ZS888 website at zs888.click and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and tools available through the platform.

ZS888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for and serving players in Pakistan. All monetary values on ZS888 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the ZS888 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the ZS888 platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions published for individual games, promotions, or competitions available on ZS888. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

To use ZS888's full range of services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or mobile number, and any other information ZS888 may request for identity or age verification purposes.

• Each person may hold only one ZS888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. ZS888 will close any duplicate accounts identified and may forfeit all associated balances.
• Your ZS888 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to operate your account, or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• ZS888 reserves the right to request proof of identity (national ID card, CNIC, passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. ZS888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
• You must inform ZS888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting support@zs888.click.

ZS888 services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. ZS888 takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time.

Where ZS888 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by or being used by a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and any accumulated winnings forfeited.

• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be accessing ZS888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of ZS888 complies with local laws and regulations.

ZS888 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ZS888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

ZS888 reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on deposits, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns. Where a deposit cannot be verified as coming from a legitimate source, ZS888 may hold the funds pending investigation and may return the deposit to its source if a satisfactory explanation is not provided.

Withdrawals from your ZS888 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. If the original deposit method is unavailable, ZS888 will process withdrawals via bank transfer to an account registered in your name following identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts.
• ZS888 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers are processed within 2–4 business hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• ZS888 charges no fees on withdrawals. Any fee levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active will result in the forfeit of that bonus and any associated wagering progress. Ensure you have cleared active wagering requirements before withdrawing if you wish to retain your bonus.
• ZS888 may delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, source of funds confirmation, or investigation of suspicious activity. Where a delay exceeds 72 hours, ZS888 will notify you by email with a reason.
• Jackpot wins above Rs 1 crore require enhanced verification before payout, which typically takes 24–48 hours.

ZS888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific conditions published with the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• The ZS888 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• All deposit match bonuses carry a wagering requirement (playthrough). The wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period, or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
• Cashback promotions at ZS888 are calculated on net losses within the stated period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets. Real money funds are used once bonus funds are exhausted or the bonus is forfeited.
• ZS888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts except where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse ZS888 promotions – including but not limited to bonus stripping, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of free bets – will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• ZS888 loyalty points and VIP tier status are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value outside the ZS888 platform. Tier status may be adjusted at ZS888's discretion.

ZS888 provides sports betting markets including cricket, football, and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform. Placing a bet on ZS888 constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules for that market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the ZS888 system and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity or system issues are not valid.
• ZS888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed fault. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the relevant event has already concluded or if the market has suspended at the time the bet reaches ZS888's servers.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual selections and may be adjusted by ZS888 based on account activity, market liquidity, or risk management requirements without prior notice.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. A single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg and recalculates accordingly. A single losing selection settles the accumulator as a loss.
• ZS888 will not be held responsible for bets placed by a player based on incorrect information they obtained from third parties, unofficial sources, or tipster services.

ZS888 offers a range of casino games including baccarat, crash games, jackpot slots, and live dealer tables. ZS888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, money laundering concerns, failure to complete identity verification, or abusive conduct toward ZS888 staff. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ZS888 may forfeit the account balance.

• Where an account is closed by ZS888 for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.
• Players may close their own ZS888 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be refunded.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ZS888 will notify dormant account holders by email before any action is taken on the account balance.

All content on the ZS888 platform – including but not limited to the ZS888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software – is the intellectual property of ZS888 or is used by ZS888 under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ZS888 content without prior written permission. You may not use the ZS888 name or logo in any context that could imply an endorsement or affiliation not sanctioned by ZS888. Violation of ZS888's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZS888's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ZS888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

• ZS888 is not responsible for any loss arising from internet outages, device failures, payment network disruptions, or other third-party service interruptions that prevent access to the platform.
• ZS888 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.
• ZS888 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the player. All betting decisions are made freely and at the player's own risk.
• In the event of a system error that affects a game outcome, ZS888's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ZS888 operates. All disputes arising under these Terms or in connection with your use of ZS888 shall first be submitted to ZS888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@zs888.click.

ZS888 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, ZS888 will work with the player in good faith to identify an appropriate resolution mechanism. ZS888's decision on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final where supported by system logs and game records.

ZS888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the ZS888 platform after changes to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding bets placed before changes take effect will be settled under the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
